Het Nederlandse Loterij ISU WK Shorttrack presented by Odido komt weer naar Nederland! In 2017 was het WK Shorttrack in Nederland al een spectaculair succes en ondanks covid-19 werd in 2021 ook een WK verreden, ware het zonder publiek, in Dordrecht. In 2024 mogen de Nederlandse shorttrackers opnieuw in eigen land gaan strijden om de wereldtitel. Ditmaal met de steun van het thuispubliek op de tribune! Van 15 t/m 17 maart 2024 zal de wereldtop van het shorttrack zich melden in Rotterdam Ahoy om te strijden voor het hoogste podium.
Het WK Shorttrack is, op de Olympische Spelen na, het grootste shorttrackevenement ter wereld. Niet alleen rijders als Jens van ‘t Wout, Suzanne Schulting, Xandra Velzeboer en de rest van TeamNL kijken uit naar dit evenement. Ook voor alle internationale rijders is het WK een jaarlijks hoogtepunt.
De Rotterdam Ahoy is het decor voor het ISU WK Shorttrack 2024, mede mogelijk gemaakt door VWS. Met duizenden fans op de tribunes, wordt het ongetwijfeld een onvergetelijke ervaring voor zowel de shorttrackers als voor het publiek. Naast de titelstrijd op de verschillende afstanden, is er meer dan alleen sport kijken. Met entertainment en een veelvoud aan fanactiviteiten, wordt het WK Shorttrack een onvergetelijk evenement.
The Nederlandse Loterij ISU World Short Track Speedskating Championships presented by Odido is coming back to the Netherlands! In 2017, the World Championships in the Netherlands were already a spectacular success and despite covid-19, the World Championships were also held in The Netherlands in 2021, where it was without an audience, in Dordrecht. In 2024, the Dutch Short Trackers may once again compete for the world titles in their own country. This time, again, with the support of the home crowd in the stands! From March 15 to 17, 2024, the world’s best Short Track athletes will report to Rotterdam Ahoy to battle for the highest podium.
The ISU World Short Track Speedskating Championships are, after the Olympic Games, the biggest short track event in the world. Not only riders like Suzanne Schulting, Jens van 't Wout and the rest of TeamNL are looking forward to this event. The World Championships are a yearly highlight for all international riders.
The Rotterdam Ahoy is the setting for the ISU World Short Track Speedskating Championships. With thousands of fans in the stands, it promises to be an unforgettable experience for both the short trackers and the public. Besides the fight for the world title at the various distances, there is more than just watching sports. With entertainment and a multitude of fan activities, the ISU World Short Track Speedskating Championships undoubtedly will be an unforgettable event.

Media-accreditaties zijn voor mediavertegenwoordigers met een perskaart of voor freelancers (zonder perskaart) die een opdracht hebben om te publiceren. Een bewijs van die opdracht ontvangen wij graag in de vorm van e-mail/brief van de redactie van dat medium. Alle andere accreditaties worden niet gehonoreerd.

Media accreditations are for media representatives with press cards or for freelancers (without press cards) who have an assignment to publish. We would like to receive proof of that assignment in the form of e-mail/letter from the editorial office of that medium. All other accreditations will not be honoured.
