Unique! That’s the good word for the Inline Freestyle Skating World Championships on 5-8 July on the Weerdjesstraat in Arnhem. Because it’s the first time in history that this WC is held in the Netherlands. The best athletes on skates are coming to Arnhem during this WC to show off their skills for a jury. To make it even more unique a temporary arena will be built for the different disciplines, supplemented with an Urban Sports Festival. You get the chance during the Urban Sports Festival to do different urban sports like freestyle skateboarding and wall climbing.

The opening ceremony of the Inline Freestyle Skating World Championships will take place on Wednesday July 4th, starting at 18.30. All participants will be introduced to the audience and there will be a spectacular show. 

With outrageous audiences, entertainment around the races and a varied side-events program this combined WC will be a unique event on the international calendar.

The Freestyle events in Arnhem have no entrance fee. The road events of the Inline Speed Skating Championships are free to visit as well. Tickets for the track events in Heerde can be bought here.
